  • 2000-2002 Qualify Person Cantered Counsellor
  • 2002 How to Swap Asthma for Life with the Buteyko method Book is Published
  • 2004-2005 Train and qualify as a 7307 Adult Teacher
  • 2005-2007 Train people from the UK, USA, Israel, Portugal, Brazil to become Buteyko Breathing Therapists
  • 2005-2007 Train and successfully qualify as a nutritionist.
  • 2009 Qualify as a personal fitness coach.
  • 2012 ABED® Lifestyle Program becomes the first in the UK to awarded therapy status.
  • 2013 The ABED® Lifestyle Method Health Book is published.
  • 2015, I appear on the front page of my local paper The Hull Daily Mail.
  • 2015 Hull NHS request my help to teach their 4000 Hull staff The ABED® Lifestyle heath program

  • 2016 On a visit for my son Josh aged 12 at the time Hull Diabetes team inadvertently give away the link between diabetes, insulin and obesity.
  • I discover Diabetes both T1 and T2 and obesity are made worse excess consumption of Processed Carbohydrates
  • 2017 I become the UK’s first nutritionist to be allowed to distribute official Diabetes UK recipe books.
  • 2017 The Non-Pc Diet® is published the 1st diet that tackles the root cause of obesity and T2 diabetes.
  • It is suitable for vegans as well as meat eaters.
  • 2017 I appear on BBC radio talking about The Non-Pc Diet® and my aim to create an online health club that’s affordable for everybody.
  • 2018 My wife and I split up
  • 2017-2025 For next 8 years I help look after my bed ridden mum, my multiple stroke victim brother and my children, plus I work another part time job to pay my mortgage and work for no money working on creating Smart Health Club 316 providing online coaching that must be affordable for everybody.
  • July 2024 After exhaustion I am rushed into hospital for ‘life saving’ emergency operation. In between the excruciating pain I’m still thinking how to get the club started!! 
  • August 2024 I am at rushed into hospital for life saving surgery ( few hours from death!!)
  • For the first time in years I can rest, I pray to God and ask how to get smart health club up and running,  a voice in my head immediately says give ABED away for free so people can judge me by my fruit.
  • January 13th 2026 I have my operation to begin to put things right. Unfortunately 1 week later something goes wrong and I need another emergency operation and at last I am on the mend

  • After 10 years with no day off, I can finally rest and let others take the strain, unfortunately it took me to get literally a few hours from dying.
  • I help look after my mum, my brother I have children and have spent the last 10 years trying to get this online natural weight loss club up and running. 
  • July 28th 2024 I am rushed into hospital for emergency life saving surgery, but I had a blockage mass in my stomach (not cancerous) thank goodness. 
  • I pray to Yaweh and ask how to get smart health club up and running, a voice in my head immediately says give your work away for free aha so people can judge me by your fruit.
  • January 13th, 2026, I have my operation to begin to put things right, unfortunately, 1 week later something goes wrong, and I need another emergency operation and at last I am on the mend.
  • I must now rest and relax and rest for 3 – 6 months.
  • In 2026 so people can judge me by my fruit, I will begin to share my love for natural health and begin to give away all my health work for free.
  •  I am due to go back into hospital any day now for hopefully a final operation
  • I have not worked in two years recovery and that means I have got behind with my mortgage and have a leaking roof and ceiling.
