- Hi, Mike here and welcome to my website.I am the writer of The Non-PC (Poison Carb) Diet and the UK’s only independent health coach granted permission from Diabetes.co.uk to give use official recipe cook books. I am also the director of The Well Naturally Health Company.
Our ethic is ‘Be Well Naturally‘ and our ethos is ‘People before profit‘.
10 years ago, I set about creating a professional online health coaching club that had to be affordable for everybody, regardless of income.
The coaching system used is called ABED Method is the UK’s 1st natural self-health improvement program to be awarded therapy status, and you can even google it!
- 1991 As a young highly ambitious 22-year-old I come very close to making it big in business, but instead I decide to give my life to God to use and put people before profit and make my life to be of service to others.
- Few days later have a dream ‘The Cause is The Cure!’
- 1991 Realise STRESS is to blame for all disease conditions either physical or mental or nutritional.
- 1991-93 Train and qualify as UK Stress Management Consultant
- 1996 Granted Membership of The International Stress Management Association
- 1999-2003 Qualify UK’s only Moscow trained Buteyko Breathing Asthma Specialist
- 2000-2002 Qualify as a Person Centered Counsellor
- 2002 My Buteyko breathing Method How to Swap Asthma for Life Book is Published
- 2004 Qualify as a 7307 Adult Teacher
- 2005-2007 Train people from the UK, USA, Israel, Portugal and Brazil to become Buteyko Breathing Therapists
- 2005-2007 Train and successfully qualify as a nutritionist.
- 2009 Qualify as a personal fitness coach.
- 2012 ABED® Lifestyle Program becomes the first in the UK to awarded therapy status.
- 2013 The ABED® Lifestyle Method Health Book is published.
- 2015 Hull NHS request my help to teach their 4000 Hull staff The ABED® health improvement program.
- 2015 Hull NHS now refuse my help apparently ‘management’ is offended the name Dr Fat loss is not PC!
- 2015 Decide to work on creating an online health coaching platform that offers world class health coaching that is affordable for EVERYBODY
- 2016 I discover a huge link between the cause of T2 diabetes, obesity, and Processed Carbohydrates (PCs)
- 2017 I become the UK’s first nutritionist to be allowed to distribute the Diabetes UK recipe books.
- 2017 The Non-Pc Diet® is published the 1st diet that tackles the actual root cause of obesity suitable for vegans as well as meat eaters.
- 2017 I appear on BBC radio talking about The Non-Pc Diet®
- 2017- 2024 I work on creating the world’s best online coaching experience and one that must be affordable for everybody
- July 2024 I am rushed into hospital for an emergency operation (Ironically the stress of working two jobs with no break in 7 years finally got to me)
- Whilst in hospital (its the 1st proper break in 7 years) I think the best way to spread the word is to give The Non PC Diet away for FREE
- To help to fight the false food industry The Non Pc Diet is now FREE

Ironically the stress of the last 8 years it has taken to create Smart Health Club has taken a toll on my health.
I have to had to work two jobs and havent had a holiday or even a proper day off in all this time.
Smart Health Club UK not only affected my health but also my wife and I split up due to my obession with this goal.
If it wasn’t for Joshua who has been a T1 diabetic since a baby, The Non Pc Diet would probably have never been written.

If it wasnt for Josh and his diabetes, I would never have written the Non Pc Diet.
